About my Perspective
With more than two decades of experience leading product organisations and over twenty years working across the product lifecycle, I have worked with startups, scale ups and established companies building and evolving digital products.
As a former Head of Product and product leadership advisor, I have led cross functional teams, shaped product strategy, and helped organisations navigate growth, alignment challenges and product transformation.
This experience allows me to work closely with executive teams and product leaders, offering practical guidance grounded in real operational experience rather than theoretical frameworks.
